June 2025 marks an impressive milestone: 10 years since Rusty Quill was founded.
The production company launched in 2015 with Rusty Quill Gaming, a TTRPG series following a group of friends who started off small and went on to create something much bigger than themselves.
The same can be said of Rusty Quill itself.
Starting from humble beginnings, Rusty Quill CEO Alexander J Newall built the company from the ground up with the help of those around him, and by virtue of Rusty Quill’s dedication and innovation in the audio drama sphere. In his own words - “none of this happened by accident.” Now, ten years on, Rusty Quill creates and curates the most popular audio fiction in the world, has broken Kickstarter records, and is looking to break new ground with a theatrical live show based on The Magnus Archives later this year.
We at Rusty Quill are celebrating these ten years of content creation by highlighting the work of our cast and crew, past and present, and by giving back to our incredible fan community, without whom we would not be where we are today. This website will take you through our history, give you a deep dive on our original shows, and keep you up to date with 10th Anniversary-related news.
